When do I pay?

A deposit is taken to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. Alternatively, full payment can be made upfront if preferred.

Will it be the same cleaner each time?

For regular house cleaning, yes you’ll have the same dedicated cleaner each visit. If they’re unavailable, you’ll receive advance notice before a substitute arrives. One-off cleans are assigned to the best available professional at the time.

Which areas of London do you cover?

For regular domestic cleaning, our professionals primarily serve Zones 1-3 and select areas of Zone 4. For end of tenancy and office cleaning, we have specialists available throughout the M25.
